The modern bottling process
installed at the Domaine du Vieux Chene has made it possible to reduce
the number of tiresome manual tasks. |

The empty bottle are transported
by a very long conveyor belt - first through the bottling machines,
and then to the wine cellars where they are placed horizontally in
temperature-controlled alcoves. |

| For each order, the bottles
are then later placed back on the conveyor belt that returns them
to the bottling rooms, where they are labeled and placed in shipping
cartons. Each step of the process is perfectly controlled within the
Domaine du Vieux Chene property. All sanitary conditions are respected,
and the handling of the bottles is simple and efficient. |
